1. Is this product a pre-order?

Yes. This puffer coat is available on a pre-order basis. This means your order is reserved in advance and will be shipped once production is complete.

2. When will my pre-order ship?

Estimated shipping time is 3–5 weeks from the date you place your order. You’ll receive a confirmation email and a tracking number once your order has shipped.

4. Can I cancel my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be canceled before production begins. Once your order has entered production, cancellations may not be possible. If you need help, please contact us as soon as possible.

We accept returns on unworn, unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

6. Can I change my size or shipping address after ordering?
